We had made a quick weekend visit in September to view a few homes to get an idea of the area and neighborhoods. We had put an offer down on one of the homes we had seen while in town, but was outbid due to the extremely competitive market! We had continued to browse online while still in Florida and found a few homes we wanted to view but since it was such a hot market, we knew they’d go quickly so we had arranged for family to meet with Cameron on the home tours, in the event it had worked out. Cameron was extremely patient and transparent with us from the very beginning. We knew we could trust him and respected his knowledge of the area and gave some great local tips and recommendations. We had found ourselves back in Pittsfield for a week so we had arranged a few more showings for homes that just came on the market and Cameron honestly made all of them happen, some on short notice.
